My iphone auto updated my fitbit app to v13.16.1 through the night and now trying to sync my fitbit charge 2 this morning, i get an error that says "This version is no longer compatible with your Charge 2. Your device may not be able to connect with the app until you update".
I went to the app store on my phone and checked if there was a later version then the one I had installed, and that's when I noticed that the app had auto updated through the night to this latest version (3.16.1).
I have followed the troubleshooting steps that this website suggests and it's made no difference - the same error I mentioned above just loops no matter what steps your website suggests.
Help would be hugely appreciated.

This is also affecting my Fitbit, did you have any luck fixing it?
