My steps are updating but nit my challenges. It’s been eight hours since it did so. This seems to be a recurring problem with Fitbit. Why is that? I don’t need to log out log in. Did that. And if I uninstall the app, I’ll lose my data. The point of these challenges is to be challenged, yet I have no idea where I’m at in the challenges because it won’t update.

I am also having same issue. I have deleted app, reinstalled and logged in and no change.

Someone in my challenge group said the same last night. Today mine is doing the same. It doesn’t look like anyone from my group has updated in the last 9 hours.

Same problem here. Everything is working fine, but none of our steps are showing on the daily challenge.
I hope they fix it soon.

I’m having the same problem, my co-challenger and I show our last update was 10 hours ago, but my dashboard shows the correct steps for today...

I thought I was going crazy. My workweek hustle hasn’t updated my steps in 21 hours, and it says the others haven’t updated in 11 hours, but it’s showing that they’re meeting their daily goals. I’ve done all the troubleshooting. Can’t figure it out.

I'm having the same issue. It started this week. My steps update within the app but not on the challenge and it's taking forever to sink. It keeps saying its looking for the device.
