Change brightness setting on Charge 3

How do I change the "Brightness" off of "auto" and to something brighter??  My screen is to dim.

In Settings.  But also make sure you re not in Sleep Mode which keeps the display dim.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Can you change that setting from your phone?  If so, it is not letting me do it.  And the screen to too dim to see it.
