My fitbit was disconnected for about a week and a half while I was getting my computer fixed and the time is wrong now. I have charged my fitbit but it is not syncing and I can't figure out how to correct the time. Any suggestions?

Fitbit trackers take the date and time from phone or other sync device each time they sync. The first time your tracker syncs, it should go to correct time.

Syncing is the only way to set the time. If it won't sync, then you have bigger problems. Do you know how to force a sync?

Do you know what device you are syncing with? Since you said your Fitbit was off because your computer was getting fixed, I assume it is through your computer. Is it the Windows 10 app?
