Hi I've recently changed to a Fitbit charge 3 when I come to register it on the Fitbit app it's saying email address already exists..well yes it would lol its mine...trouble is it doesn't let me go any further than pressing the ok button after said message...if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated

Try the log into my account option instead of the creating a second account option.
