Changing my Fitbit to correspond to correct time of part of country I'm in

I flew from California to Vermont and stayed a week, returning yesterday.  At some point, I was able to change my Fitbit to correspond to Vermont's time, but I don't remember how I did it.  Now I can't figure out how to get on California time!

 

Thanks for any help you can give me.

The simplest hope is that your phone changed to local time, and your tracker will take time from phone at first sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
