How do I change an alarm setting and also time changing? I have Googled these questions and responses are not helpful

For alarms, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? 

 

For "time changing", assuming you are not talking about time zone issues where off by exact number of hours, your device takes the date and time from your sync device at each sync.  That is the only way to change it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
