Charge 2 - Automatic Wrong Timezone Switching

Hello,

I have had my Charge 2 for just over a year and it has always had the Timezone set to EST, however suddenly yesterday (I guess after it’s first morning sync) it changed itself to PST. I have tried multiple times to convert it but the EST, have toggled the “Set Automatically” to OFF, tried turning off the automatic country toggle, have force shut down, closed out my app, turned off my phone (currently synced to an iPhone7 - iOS 12.1.2), turned it back on and synced it and still it is pulling through the PST Timezone instead of syncing properly to my phone and pulling the correct EST. The automatic adjust happens within 1-2 seconds, basically as soon as I select the correct Timezone, if I touch anything else it bumps it back to the incorrect one. I haven’t tried resetting the entire device through the app yet, as I was concerned I may lose some of my data..

Please help!!

Another thing to try is to set your time zone to something else that is wrong, sync, then set back to correct zone and sync again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
