My charge 2 wouldn't sync up to my desktop computer (Imac). A friend said it won't work if I have any other bluetooth devices on. So shut them off on my desktop and set it up on my laptop (Macbook Air). I even had my tech guy come over who is a genious and we were able to get it to sync to the laptop, but then the information wouldn't hold. The watch kept repeating the message about set up. I do not have a cell phone. My question is, if I buy the dongle, will this solve my problem? Can I have other bluetooth devices operating once I'm set up and running? Also, the watch doesn't respond to tapping the watch face. Have I bought a lemon. Help?

@springji Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your syncing issues. First we will need to setup the tracker on your account before fixing any other issue. Restart your computer and tracker and retry the setup process. Other bluetooth device can interfere with the signal so it is suggested that you keep most devices away but you can use then as you normally would. The USB dongle does help but I suggest you try the instructions above before purchasing it.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello, I have retried about four or five times, with the other bluetooth devices off. No luck.

After trying to get my Charge 2 to sync up for the last couple weeks, no luck. And no help here. Guess I'll be taking my Fitbit back tomorrow. Too much work.
