I've been using my charge 2 for more than 8 months now and didn't have any issues.
However suddenly since past couple of weeks full charge will drain within 48 hours. There has been no change in usage. I've also turned off all-day sync and reset the tracker multiple times now but no change.
Another thing which happens is that if my charge 2 battery level is 100% and if I reset the tracker, immediately the charge level drops to 80% which I think is weird. Why would resetting the tracker reduce the battery level? And it happens at all charge levels (not just 100%)
Would like to try any other solution before having to consider getting a new battery or something.

@mansi1618, welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure why the restart affects the battery level but I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
