Charge 2 - Connected GPS Only Works For Selected Activities

I have a Charge 2 and Moto G 5G Plus. However, when I try and start some activities with Connected GPS (walks or hikes), I get no phone symbol appearing on my Fitbit and the GPS is not tracked. However, the GPS works fine for other activities (e.g. runs). I have checked the settings and Connected GPS is switched on for all activities. This is a brand new issue, previously all activities with Connected GPS have worked fine. Thanks.

Hi @DSirhc, it's good to see you around in the Community.

Thanks for your concerns. Phone (connected) GPS uses the GPS sensors on your nearby phone to track activity stats including distance, pace, and route. I'd recommend you check these articles, How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? and How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.
