Hello all, it appears that the charge 4's connector has been an issue for quite some time. My Fitbit is literally falling off my wrist. Customer support quickly offered a 35% discount which I am now seeing is pretty much not usable. I need a replacement asap as I can't safely wear my device without risking it getting lost or broken further however, I can only use the discount on non discounted items. The only item not on sale is a $400 google watch that is far more than anything I need. If i don't buy that watch, then I have to wait a whole week to order a device that is not on sale and then I have to wait for that device to ship. So we're looking at maybe 2 weeks of not having a device- I use this thing all day every day! That's not really an option! Customer support via chat quoted the terms of the discount basically stating it cannot be combined with any other offer. SMH Being that this is a known issue, I'm feeling really disappointed that they offered me a discount I cannot use on a device they know to be faulty. I think I'd rather get the Apple watch I've been fighting against and get better support with them anyway. I'm frustrated.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and I appreciate the comments and feedback. The sales and discounts on the website are unique as well as the discount you were offered by Support Team and they cannot be combined.
You can order at any time the items sold on our website and apply that discount on items listed with regular price.
For more information I'd recommend you continue this with Support Team as there is already a case with them for this situation.
