Charge 2: Continuously Vibrating and Switching Functions

Hello,

Yesterday while driving my Charge 2 started to continuously vibrate. Once I arrived at my destination, I checked the Fitbit. It was still vibrating minutes later and stuck on the notification function, turning notifications on and off. It would not rotate through the functions of I tapped the screen or hit the button. I could view the home screen if I held the button for 10 seconds but as soon as I released the button it would continue to vibrate and get stuck on another function. 

I have followed the recommendation to charge and restart my Charge 2, which I have done 3 times, and it still continues to vibrate and switch through its different functions. 

Are there any other recommendations? Or should I start shopping for a new Fitbit?

Mine started doing this same thing today.

Thought I had it fixed was the screen if you rubbed it the other way it was good for a while about an hour then it started over again. It's unusable for me right now charge only lasts about 4 hours
