My Charge 2 is broken and displays Full screen QR kinda image. Initially thought Software glitch, tried resetting with all possible ways and didn't help. Any way to replace the display or how to fix it.

-In addition to the restart, you can try to change your Fitbit device's clock face, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1652751375680.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
