Charge 2 GPS connection issue since iPhone update

My charge 2 has no GPS connection since I did a standard IOS update a few days ago. Therefore my Fitbit does not track the distance of my runs or show my route on maps. I have checked that all location services are turned on my iPhone, I have restarted both devices and still no luck. Help please!

@Natalieerica Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with the GPS connection between your phone and your tracker and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the connection between then by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
