I have a charge 2 that I have not used in two years. I charged it and the date and times are wrong. How do I reset to current date and time.
Hi @GrammyKat you can try restarting it a few times and be sure the firmware is current. Two years is a long time to have a dead battery. Also, be sure your phone is compatible, as the time on your device comes from the the phone or computer you use to sync the data.
