I went out for a run on Sunday. My charge 2 used to have an icon were I could start the time and distance of my run. I don't see that feature anymore. How do I get it back?

Let me help you with recording your time and distance with your Charge 2. You can use the walk or run option to record this data on your account. You can follow these instructions to record your activities. Remember to sync your device after the activity to see the data.

Thank you for your help. It took me a while to figure it out using the instructions but the running icon is now back on my Fitbit. I remember when I first got my Fitbit it used to show the route on my phone app. It no longer does that. How do I get that feature back?

Happy to hear that your activity is now showing on your Charge 2. If you wish to see the map then you will need to use your tracker with your phone as it uses your phone's GPS chip to get the map data. This feature is called Connected GPS and you can find instructions on how it works here.
