Hi,

I have an issue with my fitbit. I started using it for running, using the phone GPS, and the same problem happens most of the times (4 ou of 5).

I start the run and by the middle of it the GPS spots tracking.

I did everything to try to solve the problem, un-install the app, tried a different phone (re-seted) but nothing works. So i am sure the problem is with the watch itsef.

Tried for hours to use the chat support but everytime i try i am redireted to this link: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/chaterror?co=PT&l=en_US

@josemadureira11 Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with your GPS signal being lost in the middle of your activity. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Regarding the issue with our Support team via chat you can clean the cache and cookies on your browser. After you can reach them via this link.

Let me know how it goes.
