Charge 2 HR data not syncing

Hi there, need some support and help regarding my HR, doesn’t want to sync with my iPhone X. I’ve contacted support today and gone through the step by step help bullet point still no joy!

Let me help you with your hr data and thank you for following Support instructions. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your Charge 2 by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
