Hi,
Yesterday something happened to my Charge 2 screen.
Do you think it might be a software related or is my tracker seriously knocked-out?:(
I'm using my fitbit for 3+ years.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen issue. I couldn't see the picture as permission is required to access it. You can upload the picture to the Community by clicking the camera icon (use a web browser like Firefox or Chrome on a computer to easily do this). Still you can try restarting your device.
