Charge 2 Heart Rate not Syncing

I'm only seeing one light on the back of my Fit Bit. I've reset my fitbit 3 times and now its dying within 2 min of being off the charger.

@ShellyBean369 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery not lasting and the heart rate not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

If your tracker can keep a charge then I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
