Well recording is intermittent. No HR value for several days then a days record then nothing again. Maybe an odd reading during the day.
Green lights continue to flash.
Tried restarts twice. No difference.
I see there was a post similar last year. Seemed it was a known problem to Fitbit but ‘working on it’ then. Are they still working on it? Or is it time to invest in an alternative fitness tracker from another producer?

@PhillAM Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
