Charge 2 Hourly activity missing

Hourly steps not always updating
As the images show, my device clearly shows that I have completed 9 consecutive hours of 250+ steps, but the app has skipped an hour. This is becoming a more frequent occurrence. I've deleted data caches, disconnected and reconnected and other advised actions from online, but the problem recurs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!.

Thank you for letting us know that your hourly activities are incomplete in your Fitbit app. I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.

It seems you've tried all the available solutions for this type of problem on your own. So, my best advice from here is to contact technical support. They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.

@SJKes   The app seems to have a step counting issue.  Please tap on your Steps tile to see your hourly steps.  Go back to Sunday and you will see fewer than 250 steps credited for that hour.  Every time this happens to me, my app lists less than 250 steps that hour.  This isn't just a Charge 2 issue.  I wear a Sense 2 and I see posts about this in every model forum.

When I add up my hourly steps for today so far, the sum is less than my listed total steps.
