I’ve had my charge 2 since it was first released and I’ve never had any issues with it. Yesterday I was having some syncing issues and decided to troubleshoot it myself. I did the usual, turn on and off Bluetooth, log in and out of app, uninstall and reinstall app...usually it never ever reaches to that point. I decided that the most logical and only option left was to unpair the device...and now my tracker isn’t showing up on my Bluetooth list on any device I own. I’ve tried to pair it again and it’s asking if the device is on...and it is. It’s tracking and functioning as it should....can anyone help?

Same with mine yesterday. it synched until early evening then stopped. this morning it asked me to reinstall the app on my phone. now neither my phone or the computer will synch with the device. Very disappointing
