Charge 2 Maps not logging correctly since last app update

The GPS connection keeps dropping during runs since the last FitBit update for iOS. Once again a FitBit app updates breaks something that used to work perfectly, What on earth are their developers doing? I have uninstalled / reinstalled multiple times and ensured location services are set to always as well as turning Bluetooth on and off.

 

Come on FitBit fix the issue. Since Google bought you the whole experience has gone downhill. I am running iOS 13.5.1 on an iPhone XR with FitBit version 22.58.0

Sorry to hear that your GPS maps show incorrectly on your Fitbit app. Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
