I've had my Fitbit Charge 2 for almost a year now, and just a few days ago, I noticed the time on my fitbit was not correct. Went to sync with my laptop/phone app and it wouldn't locate my fitbit. I've tried uninstalling the app on both my laptop and phone, factory reset with my fitbit at least 30 times, and making sure my fitbit app/phone was up to date. I've never had problems with this before. I even went and removed the Charge 2 from my list of Bluetooth devices and now my phone and laptop won't even recognize my fitbit at all. Anybody else have this problem? I keep trying to factory reset in hopes that will help with the bluetooth connection, but the connection seems to be the major problem at this point. My fitbit is charged and the function seems to work fine with the exception of the bluetooth connection. (Note: date and time are a day behind now). Any suggestions? I don't know if this is fixable. 😞

I started having the same problem on 06/06/2020 around 11:40 a.m. I gone through the same steps and keep getting failed to connect. Using App on Win10 machine. When I try to add Charge 2 as a bluetooth device it shows up briefly and flips to unknown device. If I click when it shows as Charge 2, it spins for a while and then fails to connect.
