I have followed instructions to factory reset charge 2, it does not seem to work. Any other ideas?
attached to charger, plugged into computer, and held down button until logo screen appears. This does not seem to reset.
Hi @Fossickingirl what you did is called a restart. It is similar to restarting a phone or computer, it doesn't change your data. Why are you trying to do a factory reset?
