My fitbit charge 2 worked fine for about 18months...for the research I've found that seems like the cut off and the battery starts to drain fast..I've disabled everything to try and extend the battery life but so far no luck..ive also restarted it as well as delete the app and download it again but nothing seems to work..Very frustrating

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
