For the past two months my Charge 2 has not been recording a sleep score saying that 'Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while you sleep'. Previously my Charge 2 had recorded sleep scores. I tried everything, deleting the app and re-installing etc., but to no avail. In the end my wife and I swapped Charges and hey presto I got a core and she didn't. Any suggestions?

Did you try restarting the Charge 2 or cleaning the sensor with isopropyl alcohol?

It happened to me too, had the Charge 2 for 18 months & no issues then stopped recording normal sleep log with minimal info and last night said I only had 3 hours sleep. I’ve rebooted my Fitbit & logged out & back in of account etc so frustrating. I’ll try cleaning the sensor but not much else to try otherwise, thanks Rich

I’ve had no luck either & my heart rate is not being recorded either
