My charge 2 stopped syncing may 23, 2020. I have been manually loading my steps since then.
i have tried all of the “not syncing” suggestions with no success? What would happen if I deleted the charge 2 and then added it back on?
By manually loading my daily steps, my accumulated total is not being updated? I should be approaching 21,000,000 steps.
Please advise how to get my sync working?

Hi @olddude even manually logging the steps, you'd have to sync for them to be included in your historical data. You try anything here on the article for trouble syncing? see if any of this helps - click to read

Finally simple instructions that I was able to follow using a desk top and a IPad.
