Today I went biking for 2 hours. It was tracking on the device with no issue. However, when I tried to sync it to the app at the end of my ride it wouldn't log. It showed the distance, speed, heart rate, calories etc on the device - like post workout stats - but nothing was shown on the app. It was here I discovered that Data Saver on my phone was accidentally turned on. But the Fitbit app had permission for Background Data and Unrestricted Data Usage. If my device recorded it, shouldn't it show in the app? Thanks!

@NickB94 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your missing bike activity. This is odd but it could be that the interruption between the app and the tracker may have prevented this activity from being saved. Have you recorded other biking activities. Are you only using your Charge 2 or do you link your phone while recording the activity? Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account. Also restart your tracker before you retry recording another activity.
Let me know how it goes.

Hey thanks for the reply! When I checked the app the next day - around lunch time - the activity showed up. I'm not sure why it took so long, even though I synced it multiple times and it was up to date. (Other bike activities before this were logged without issue.)
