No Heartrate visible during exercise

Since an update my heart rate is not visible anymore during my exercise (RUN) 

It used to show max heart rate, time in heart rate zone, etc. 

As heartrate is a very important feature  during exercises, pls make sure this is shown again Fitbit.

Hi. 
what is the timeline? 
this has been going on for so long and still no fix. 
I am really thinking to change to a competitor. 

hope you can show me the light at the end of the tunnel.
