My Charge 2 is becoming a pain in the butt! When I receive a text message. It shows the name of the sender, but no longer shows the text message.
When I get a phone call, it shows the name of the last person that called me, not the current caller.
I have restarted my phone and Fitbit a million times. I have the option to receive messages in the Fitbit app turned on and it is selected for my texting app. I have turned my blue tooth on and off. I have gone through and forgotten the Charge 2 and then reinstalled it.
Anyone have any advice to help me?! Before I lose my mind a decide to throw my Fitbit away and switch to a Samsung smart watch?

I would like to clarify that the text messages contents not showing is an issue being investigated by our team so please keep an eye on any app updates and this is the way a fix will be released.

Hi, I'm also having the issue with my Charge 2. Since the last firmware update, it slowly stopped receiving notifications. Now it's completely dead, as in none are coming in at all. This not only includes texts, calls and calendar updates but now even the ones from Fitbit itself. No more notifications to remind to be get ready for bed, my step totals, or even that ever annoying yet useful reminder to move. I've tried everything across the Charge 2 forums and nothing. I've tried your suggestions numerous times but no success. The remedies have just made the issue worse. Not sure what to do anymore. Very frustrating.
For the techs out there: using Pixel 3 XL with Android 10 and Fitbit app version 3.5. with Charge 2 firmware 22.22.58.0

In addition to the issue of text messages no longer appearing, is Fitbit also looking into the issue with phone calls not appearing on the Charge 2? As far as removing all devices in the Bluetooth list, that is a real headache for those of us who will then have to go through a pairing process again for several other devices. There has to be a better way . . . maybe in the next update.

Hey Rudella,
Don't bother, many users including myself have done the whole "Bluetooth" removal, app uninstall and reinstall, notifications on/off, deleted and readded the Fitbit in the app, and countless phone restarts. It hasn't worked or even remotely helped. Guess we have to wait on the experts to shed some light.
