Hi, I just bought a fitbit charge 2, secondhand from Poshmark. This being said I do not know the owner. I am trying to set up my fitbit to my personal account but the charge has data on it already. I believe that the previous owner did not factory reset it and I don't know how I can fix this on my own.
There is no factory reset for your Charge 2.

Hey @carlayschips, welcome to the Fitbit Community! The previous data on your Charge 2 will be deleted when you set it up with your Fitbit account. There is no factory reset on the Charge 2 as @Odyssey13 mentioned. So please take a look at the instructions in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set up your tracker.
