The Charge 2 screen is completely black. It has a long battery life, a green light, and it vibrates. The only issue is with the screen. The customer care team says they don't have a repair policy. They can give us a discount if we buy new.
This is funny; Fitbit shouldn't sell watches to the middle class if they have such a poor repair policy. We will never buy fitbit if they always ask to replace watch and not fix issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
