Hi everyone,
Previously my Charge 4 Fitbit synced to my app and gave me stats like my sleep pattern, steps, flights of stairs etc.I didn’t sync for a couple of weeks (too busy over Christmas) and now the app seems to no longer support my stats and has erased my data.
Any insights?

Hi there @HelenBP. Welcome to Community Forums.
I appreciate you share your experience. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.
Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
