Has anyone else with the Charge 2 had vertical screen cracks running down each side of the screen? At first i thought it was a small scratch but looking more closely it's cracked the same on each side.

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. For this type of issue I suggest you let our Support team know about it so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
