Seems to be common problem after 14mths all of sudden screen cracked I'm 77yrol female gentle walking no strenuous hobbies. Went to place of purchase they said no one will believe i didn't knock it. So had to order new one go for charge3 this time hope it lasts longer not good look for fitbit
