This is my 2nd fitbit that dies in less than 2 years. I got screen flashing but battery showing charged. Tried hard reset by holding down stem for 15 seconds. It worked once and then shut down again. I am trying to get replacement battery but Batteries Plus wont do it.
How long is the warranty?
Not sure if I want to buy another.

@dtcalv9610 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. The warranty is for 1 year on the US and most of the world except the UK and EU where it is 2 years. You can read more about the warranty here.
