My Charge 2 Silent Alarms are not syncing although the fitbit is clearly syncing in other ways. I have been able to change my clock face, for example. However, the icon next to the alarms are just spinning.
I am using an Iphone 8. I have tried re-starting my phone, turning bluetooth on/off, syncing again and again. But no luck. Any suggestions?

FYI - I deleted all alarms within the fitbit software on my computer. Then I turned off my phone for quite a while. Then I turned it back on. Reset the three alarms. Resynced. And now it seems to be working and is set correctly. So, I guess I fixed myself, but I am not sure what I did exactly that was the ticket.
