sleep tracker showing different hours

Hello! I'm having problems with the sleep tracking hours in the app. The sleep time systems are not showing the accurate hour of my sleep, and neither are the hours I've set for sleeping and waking up. If I want to set my sleeping time to 11pm, I need to put it at 12am. And yesterday I slept at 11:30pm, but the app says it's 12:30am. Perhaps this is related to the summer time change in my country (which was abolished this year).

Thank you

@hannahbkss Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

It could be the timezone you are using may not be set to the correct time. Start by changing the timezone to a different one, save and sync then return to either the automatic timezone or the correct one for your location. If the issue persist try a different location with the same timezone and see how it shows on your account.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello Alvaro! Thank you for your answer, however the problem has persisted. The sleep schedule time is always different (one hour ahead) of the correct time. In the sleep log the hour displayed in the sleep stages is accurate, but the hours showed in the sleep schedule and also the sleep reminders are incorrect. What should I do?

p.s. At the time I was using a Charge 2 and now I have a Versa 2. The new owner of the charge 2 is not experiencing this problem for the hours displayed in the sleep stages and sleep schedule match.

Thank you in advance.
