Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing your exercise. Are you referring to an specific activity or just the daily steps? Is your tracker syncing with your account? If it is an activity what type of activity it was and what was the duration? How did you record this activity? Could you share a screenshot of your app's activity area? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you.
