Last 3 workouts my charge-2 hasnt recorded any hr data, and it just says “not enough data”. App is up to date and restarting my charge2 did nothing. What is going on???

@radio_actor It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your activities not showing heart rate data. This issue was affecting several users but should have been fixed in the last app update. Since the time you posted a new version was released so please update the app. Also log out from it, restart your phone and log back in.
