Hi
Had Charge 2 for over 2 years, worked well on old Samsung A5 (2018). Got new phone, Galaxy A70 in August and has worked fine until the 8th October 2019, when it has stopped syncing.
Also, my Charge 2 is not recognised by any bluetooth devices eg phone, laptop, chromebook, which I have installed the Fitbit app onto. My Charge 2 has seemingly become invisible to the Bluetooth world!! All versions of the app say 'no device found'.
I know that the A70 is not in the listed phones that are compatible at present, but as I have said, it has worked well since August until the 8th October.
I have tried the following but to no avail:
1) Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my A70 phone
2) Installing the app on my chromebook. Chromebook bluetooth cannot find my Charge 2 either.
3) Resetting the Charge 2 by plugging in the charger and holding power button down for 4 secs. Have repeated this process numerous times as advised by other threads.
4) Connecting my Charge 2 to my old phone, again invisible to bluetooth and says 'No device found'.
Any ideas folks?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Silmarin
I am having the same trouble since my iphone did the last update. Fitbit is apparently working on the issue. Hopefully it is fixed soon.

Thanks Kezza. My Charge 2 has just come to life again, so the Fitbit techs must have fixed the issue!
