Charge 2 Stuck on Notification On/Off

Yesterday morning my charge 2 went into stopwatch mode on its own. Then went to the notification on/off screen. Knowing it needed to be recharged I went and plugged it in. As soon as I took it off it was stuck on the battery screen then switched into notification mode and has been turning on and off nonstop. I have tried resetting, turning notifications off and everything else that has been posted in the past. I am about ready to trow it in the street and switch to something else.

I contacted Fitbit. No fix. You have to get a new one. They need to figure out what is going on or they will be loosing a lot of customers.
