Hi, reading through the Forum, theres a lot of centrepoint cracked screen. Is this a weak area of the Charge 2. Its very unfortunate a new screen cannot be purchased.

I’ve had issues all July, wrong time, flickering screen no sleep recorded.
now today i woke up watch screen has entire crack. Its in protective cover. I believe Fitbit has a production/ design problem with Fitbit Charge 2’s. I have had every excuse in the book. Bought 5 for friends and family seems mine is 2 years 7 months old?? Sock to me as it was bought in the Summer they say December. Are they fit for purpose
