Can anyone help me, my Fitbit2 is dead there are no light . I can’t restart it, it doesn’t work. My watch is not very old 😩

@Bellaanette, a warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for restarting your device. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

now I have try to do what you ask you to try with my all must new watch, and it still doesn’t work, the watch it is dead. I have followed the instructions that you send back to me, but it doesn’t work.
You have to help me, maybe I just need a new watch.

Both of my kids fitbits will not charge and they are not even 2 years old.

Common issue if you look through the forums on the topic. If you call customer support they'll verify you followed the troubleshooting steps and then will check the warranty. If you're out of warranty they'll send you a 25% off code to buy a new product. Based on this being the common experience I recommend not lining Fitbit's pockets with your hard earned money just to have to replace the device in another 1-2 years, but instead recommend going to a different brand.
