I have two ganglion cysts on the underside of my wrist. I have stopped wearing my fitbit HR charge. The greenlights are not near the area, but I think the fitbit caused this issue. There are about a dozen other people dating back a couple years complaining of very similar issues. Fitbit has denied any cause of these due to their product. Clearly with dozens of complaints this is an issue. What is being done to alleviate this?

@LWhite1 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the Charge 2 Board to keep the Community organized. Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you have experienced with your Charge 2.
I went ahead and created a case with customer support in your behalf for you to get further assistance on this. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for next steps.
Additionally, please check the Wear and Care Guide. This should certainly help you out to keep your wrist clean and safe.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

You are not the only one. I started wearing my Fitbit again after a long hiatus and the ganglion cyst came up after a year of wearing daily. I removed my Fitbit the beginning of the summer. My ganglion cyst is now gone. Coincidence? I think not!
