My Charge 2 screen was found inexplicably cracked a couple of weeks ago after being sat on charge on my dressing table
To be honest I thought it was out of warranty and should advise on Twitter about getting it repaired.
A case was opened and I was surprised to see they would replace it for me.
I was sent 2 options 50% off a newer model or same replacement. I waivered I have to say but because I have lots of Charge 2 straps, I stayed with that.
I carefully selected the model I had, black metal, and completed the order.
I then received an email saying I shall be getting just the pebble.
I have no objection to this but now I discover this is likely to be a refurbished one. If it arrives and is unscratched and clean that's fine.
But an observation is this. Why ask me to be specific about what colour straps I originally had and had you advised me prior to the order being placed that it would be a refurbished one, I would have upgraded!

Have you managed to upload your replacement pebble, or does it only recognize the cracked one. As I have tried several times to add this new pebble (which they say you can have two of) and it only sends a code to the old one.
