Help me please! After upgrading the Samsung A8 to android 9, my Charge 2 fitance tracker stopped calling, sms and calendar notifications. Reinstalling Fitbit did not help. What to do???
It is possible that your new phone just may not be compatible with the charge 2. You can call Fitbit and ask them. When I contacted them they were extremely helpful. Sometimes it’s the Fitbit itself. I am wearing my mom’s previous Charge 2 because it would no longer sync. It was only a few months old.
The site says that the phone is compatible with Charge 2. And while there was android 8 everything worked. Stopped working after updating the phone to android 9 (((
